The Roundtable: Strategic solutions designed for success (1)

Join the Roundtable, a year long masterclass in Advancement. Together with a cohort of your peers, you will meet monthly and be immersed in a unique experience of learning and growth. 

Each session will focus on critical topics which will collectively prepare you to most effectively lead an Advancement shop. The Roundtable is led by seasoned Advancement leader and Joy-Raising Founder Tesha McCord Poe. This interactive and inspiring experience is a valuable investment in your professional growth. You will learn from experts and peers and leave each session with actionable steps to implement to improve your results. 

Topics will include: Setting goals that matter, Finance 101, perfecting the "ask", designing a realistic approach to planned giving, executing impactful events, technology for better results, tax changes and DAFs, campaign planning, creating an inclusive culture of philanthropy and many more. 

The first session of the Roundtable for FY20-21 will be held on May 15th and will focus on getting you ready to close out the 19-20 fiscal year and ready to launch a fantastic fundraising year for 20-21! You'll create an annual advancement plan, create a dashboard for your Board and create an approach for impactful annual reporting that will resonate with your community. 

The dates for the Roundtable are: 5/15, 8/14, 9/18, 10/23. 11/13, 1/15, 2/5, 3/12, 4/12 and 5/14 

Tuition for the Roundtable is $5,000 for the year which can be paid online or by check.
