It's Time to Talk: Preparing for the Uncertain

The past month has thrown a lot of questions our way. It’s time for us to talk about how we’ll manage our work in Advancement and continue to meet the needs of our organizations no matter what is going on in the news. For several years we’ve enjoyed year after year of fundraising success with goals that rise with the confidence that next year will always be better.  Are we prepared to continue to meet these expectations no matter how the economic landscape around us changes? What can we do now to make sure? Our organizations need this from us. 

Join a conversation among peers to discuss how to prepare well in advance of challenging conditions.

We’ll determine which indicators to watch in our annual results, how to remain a top priority for our donors and strategies for working closely with the business office to weather storms. We’ll also hear success stories from challenging economic times in the past and swap stories about how we did or will conduct a large fundraising event with uncertainty about whether we should ask people to gather together at all.
