It's Time to Talk: Preparing for the Uncertain

The past month has thrown a lot of questions our way. It’s time for us to talk about how we’ll manage our work in Advancement and continue to meet the needs of our organizations no matter what is going on in the news. For several years we’ve enjoyed year after year of fundraising success with goals that rise with the confidence that next year will always be better.  Are we prepared to continue to meet these expectations no matter how the economic landscape around us changes? What can we do now to make sure? Our organizations need this from us.
