Our focus will be, Setting Goals that Matter, Measuring Progress & Creating Innovative Incentives for Teams We'll be in conversation with Mitch Bostian, Head of School of The Berkeley School. Mitch is a passionate leader and white ally/accomplice in the effort to address how perpetuating the privilege of whiteness keeps us all from being and doing our best on behalf of ourselves and our organizations.
